1. Order Confirmation: Submitting an order confirms that you agree to the product specifications, pricing, and shipping details.
2. New Subscriber Discount: New email subscribers are eligible for an exclusive first-order discount. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and is limited to one use per customer.
3. Product Disclaimer:
- Manual measurements may have a slight deviation of 1–2 cm, which is not considered a defect.
- Product colors may vary slightly due to different screen display effects.
- Returns for items that do not fit as expected due to personal preference are not accepted.
4. Order Modifications & Cancellations: Orders cannot be modified (e.g., address, item, size) after payment is confirmed. We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of order placement, before the order enters processing.
5. Incorrect Delivery Information: We are not liable for failed deliveries or returns caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
6. Third-Party Platform Purchases: If you purchase our products through third-party platforms, their terms of service and return policies shall apply. We are not responsible for disputes arising from transactions made on these platforms.
7. Liability Limitation: Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
