Refund policy
We stand behind every MissFeel piece and are committed to providing you with a pleasant shopping experience.
1. Quality Concerns: Please contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery for any quality issues. Items must be returned in original condition within 48 hours. We will cover the return shipping cost for verified quality issues.
2. General Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of scents or stains, and include all original tags, dust bags, and accessories.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Worn, washed, scented, or stained items, products without original tags/labels, Final Sale clearance items, and personalized orders cannot be returned.
4. Accessories & Gifts: Dust bags, gifts, and matching accessories must be returned together with the item. Missing or damaged accessories may affect your refund amount.
5. Return Shipping & Refunds: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for general returns. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
