By placing an order with MissFeel, you agree to the following terms of service:

1. Order Confirmation: Submitting an order confirms that you agree to the product specifications, pricing, and shipping details.

2. New Subscriber Discount: New email subscribers are eligible for an exclusive first-order discount. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and is limited to one use per customer.

3. Product Disclaimer:

Manual measurements may have a slight deviation of 1–2 cm; this is not considered a quality issue or defect.

• Product colors may vary slightly due to different screen display effects.
• Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of scents or stains, and returned with all original tags within 14 days of delivery.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations:

• You can modify your order (e.g., shipping address, item, size) or cancel it any time before it ships.
• Once your order has been shipped, we're unable to make changes.
• For size changes or returns after delivery, please see our Refund & Return Policy.
• EU/UK customers retain their statutory 14-day withdrawal right, which is not affected by this section.

5. Incorrect Delivery Information: We are not liable for failed deliveries or returns caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

6. Third-Party Platform Purchases:

• If you purchase our products through third-party platforms, their terms of service and return policies shall apply for those transactions. 
• On our official website, our Refund & Return Policy applies. We are not responsible for disputes arising from transactions made on these platforms.

7. Liability Limitation: Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including product images, descriptions, logos, and designs, is the property of MissFeel and protected by copyright laws. No unauthorized reproduction is permitted.

9. Updates to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms of service at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website.

10. Our Offerings: MissFeel is a DTC online retailer of premium women's comfort wear — sleepwear, loungewear, casual wear, intimates, activewear and occasion wear, plus matching lifestyle accessories. We only serve individual customers. Wholesale & custom services require prior written contracts.

11. Others: We may revise this Agreement; revisions take effect upon on-site publication. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, then submitted to the Operator's Hong Kong local court.
