  1. Warehouse Location: Orders are currently shipped from our authorized warehouse.
  2. Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  3. Estimated Delivery Time (after dispatch, excluding processing time): 
    - Contiguous US: Typically 5–10 business days 
    - Alaska & Hawaii: Typically 5–15 business days 
    - International orders: Delivery estimates will be shown at checkout. Customs delays may apply. 
    Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs delays, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
  4. Shipping Fee & Free Shipping Policy:
    - Contiguous US (48 lower states): Free shipping over $129; flat rate $9.99 below threshold.
    - Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories & International orders: Free shipping over $129; flat rate $12.99 below threshold.

  5. Shipment Tracking: Each order comes with a tracking number. Tracking information will be sent to your email after dispatch.
  6. Customs & Duties: Any customs fees or import taxes for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  7. If the tracking status shows "Delivered", the order shall be deemed successfully delivered. We assume no liability for lost parcels after confirmed delivery, and do not guarantee free reshipment or refund. We reserve the right to handle individual cases at our discretion.
